Field	Type	Description
Show a Users Distribution List Activity in their Activity Feed	Checkbox	Enabling this setting allows distribution list activity to show in the recent activity feed of the Overview tab of a user/prospect.
Allow adding Opportunity contacts to distribution lists	Checkbox	Enabling this setting allows opportunity contacts to be added into distribution lists in addition to users and prospects.
Include columns from custom tables in criteria selection	Checkbox	​Enabling this setting allows columns for User linked Custom Tables to be used as criteria for dynamic distribution lists.
Enable snapshots	Checkbox	​Selecting this checkbox will allow you to take a snapshot of members in a Distribution List at a point in time. This can be performed manually against each Distribution List or based on a schedule.
Set a default snapshot schedule for new distribution lists	Checkbox	​This will allow you to set a default schedule for snapshots to be taken on Distribution Lists. When enabled the "Create default snapshot schedule" option will show below. (Only visible when "Enable snapshots" is selected).
Create default snapshot schedule	Button	​ Here you can create a default schedule for Distribution List Snapshots to be taken. This can be overridden on the Distribution List. (Only visible when "Set a default snapshot schedule for new distribution lists" is selected).
Import Distribution Lists	Button	This button opens up the interface for importing distribution lists. This requires a correctly formatting CSV spreadsheet. As a minimum, you should include the name of the Distribution List, the ID of the users, and the the email address of the users. Example spreadsheets can be downloaded from the top left of this import interface.
