Customer Relationships
To set up customer relationships, add entries to the 'Relationships' multi-select option on a customer's details tab. These relationships are pre-configured from the configuration menu under users and user relationships. Ensure the entity is of type 'Customer Relationships.' Unlike popup notes, which are customizable and added via the settings tab, customer relationships are pre-configured and reusable for multiple customers. Popup notes can be made to appear in a modal window by checking a box, while customer relationships do not have this feature.
