| Field | Type | Description |
| Field Label | Free Text | The name of the Site / Asset field which will display in lists and details tabs. |
| Sequence | Integer (Site fields only) | This number dictates where this field will be placed in lists. Fields with the same sequence will be sorted alphabetically. |
| Type of Field | Single Select | Allows the choice of what the input type is for this field, i.e. free text, rich text, or simply a number, for example |
| System Use | Single Select | This presents a list of the different functions this field will perform. These will be relevant to whatever systems you have enabled in your instance. |
| Mandatory | Checkbox | When checked, this field will need to be filled out whenever it is present on a form. |
| Display this field on the Site & User Overview Screens | Checkbox (Site fields only) | This will make the value of this field be visible on the Site & User Overview section which will pop up against Assets and Tickets, etc.. |
