Details (v2.250+)
| Field | Type | Description |
| Name | Free Text | An identifiable name for the Asset Workflow. |
Notes | Free Text | Any notes entered here can be used as a reference for other Agents, and are usually used to explain the Workflow's configuration and use, should it not be immediately apparent. |
Show in Lists | Checkbox | This determines if the Workflow is active, allowing it to be selected against an Asset or Asset Type. |
Stages | Table | Steps in the Workflow will be able to be assigned to these stages for grouping. Stages are used to show the progression of the Asset through the Workflow. The stages added to this table will be available to set against each step. The number will determine the sequence in the process that this stage is located. |
Flow Chart (v2.250+)
The Flow Chart tab is where you will configure the steps of the Workflow.
Workflow Step (v2.250+)
| Field | Type | Description |
| Step Name | Free Text | An identifiable name for the Workflow step. |
Stage | Single Select | Here you can choose from your pre-configured list of stages, or allow this step to automatically create a stage of the same name. |
Type | Single Select | Here you can determine if Actions will be allowed on this step, or if this step should direct the flow based on specified criteria. |
| Notes | Free Text | Any notes entered here can be used as a reference for other Agents, and are usually used to explain the step's configuration and use, should it not be immediately apparent. |
Condition (v2.250+)
The following fields will only show when the Step Type is set to "Condition".
| Field | Type | Description |
| Condition | Table | Adding to this table will add conditions that, when met will direct the Workflow to a certain step. |
Field Name | Single Select | This is the field you would like to base the criteria on for this condition. |
Rule Type | Single Select | This determines how the condition will be met. |
Value | Free Text | This is the value of the field that will be evaluated by this condition. This value alongside the Rule Type will determine if the condition is met or not met. |
| Outcome | Table | Editing the lines in this table allows you to move the workflow to the relevant step if the conditions have been met, and not met. |
Actions (v2.250+)
The following fields will only show when the Step Type is set to "Allow Actions".

Actions | Table | Adding to this table will add Actions or Automations which can be used at this step in the workflow. |
Action Type to Configure at this Step | Single Select | Here you can decide whether to allow certain actions, or perform an Automation at this step of the Workflow. |
Actions to allow | Single Select | (Only shows when "Action Type to Configure at this Step" is set to "Allow Actions") Here you can select which Action you would like to be available on this step of the Workflow. |
| Restrict access to these Actions | Checkbox | (Only shows when "Action Type to Configure at this Step" is set to "Allow Actions") When enabled, a table will show where restrictions can be added to prevent certain Agents from using the Action. |
| Restrictions | Table | (Only shows when "Action Type to Configure at this Step" is set to "Allow Actions") The criteria added to this table will determine who is able to view and use the Action. One or more criteria group must be met for the Actions to be available |
| Type | Single Select | (Only shows when "Action Type to Configure at this Step" is set to "Automation") This is the type of Automation to run on this step. |
Integration Runbook | Single Select | (Only shows when "Action Type to Configure at this Step" is set to "Automation", and when the "Type" is set to "Integration Runbook") Here you can choose which Runbook to start on this step. |
| Trigger | Single Select | (Only shows when "Action Type to Configure at this Step" is set to "Automation") Here you can set how the automation is triggered. This can be set to use conditions, a set number of minutes after conditions are met, or, when the Asset has met the conditions at this step, a set number of days before/after a field value against a ticket. |
| Sequence | Integer | (Only shows when "Action Type to Configure at this Step" is set to "Automation") This determines the order in which Automations will run is multiple Automations have been added to the same step. |
Conditions to evaluate prior to queuing the automation | Table | (Only shows when "Action Type to Configure at this Step" is set to "Automation") These are conditions that must be met for the Automation to run. |
Move Workflow | Single Select | This determines which step the workflow will move to when the Action/Automation is performed. |
Fields (v2.253+)

Restrict which Fields can be edited at this step | Checkbox | When enabled, fields can be added to a table to grant Agents, Automation, and/or Integrations access to edit specific fields. |
Allowed Fields | Table | The fields added to this table can be edited by Agents & Automations, Integrations, or both, depending on the "Allowed update types" set on each line. |
Notifications (v2.253+)
