Quotation#

New Bundle	Table	Here is where the Products within the Bundle are set within the same format as the Quotation screen.

Settings#

Field	Type	Description
Product Bundle Categories	Single Select	A Category can be assigned to the Product Bundle. These are configured in Configuration > Items and Stock Control > General Settings > Product Bundle Categories.
Quantity - Multiplies each items quantity by this number	Integer	The quantity entered here will be used to multiply the number of each Product within the Bundle.
Add all Products at once using the preset values in the group template	Single Select	The checkbox for adding all Products to the Quotation with their preset values will automatically be enabled. The default can be set in Configuration > Quotations.
Hide group items on the PDF	Single Select	The quantity of individual Products will be hidden. The default can be set in Configuration > Quotations.
Hide Item Price for Products part of this group	Single Select	The price of individual Products will be hidden. The default can be set in Configuration > Quotations.
Default billing period	Single Select	This sets the Billing Period that will be assigned to the Products in this Bundle by default. This can be overridden per line.
Accounts Code	Single Select	The Accounts Code this Product Bundle will use.
Notes	Text	Allows you to set a default note to display against the Bundle.
One Product must be picked from these optional Products	Single Select	If any Products in this Bundle are marked as "Optional" on the line, one can be made mandatory here. Note: Products will not appear in this dropdown until the Product is marked as Optional, then the Bundle saved fully.
Price calculation formula	Text	A custom formula can be set here to make calculations for the costs and quantities of the Products.  For example, "$ITEM_9_COST * $ITEM_10_QUANTITY" using the Product IDs.
Update prices for Bundle Products on Recurring Invoices	Checkbox	("Update prices for Bundle Products on Recurring Invoices when changed on the Bundle Template" must be set to "Display an option in the Product Bundles settings tab" in Configuration > Quotations > General Settings) If the price of a Product in this Bundle changes, the same Product within this Bundle can be set to automatically update. This will only update line Products that currently have the same price are of the same Product Bundle. For more information on how this functions, check out the "Product Bundles" guide.
