Terminology Key:
Import = Entities can be manually pulled in from the accounting tool into Halo. Some accounting integrations allow for automatic updates to the entity in Halo whenever changes are made in the accounting tool, using webhooks. Alternatively, other integrations may perform imports on a scheduled basis.
Sync = Updates to entities in Halo (created/updated/deleted) can be pushed to the accounting tool. Updates will use webhooks so the update will take place almost instantly.
Two Way Sync = When changes are made to the entity in either Halo or the accounting tool the update will sync over to the other application (so data is being pushed and pulled). The time it takes for the entity to be updated in Halo/accounting tool will depend on the method it uses to update (webhooks vs integrator). Check the dedicated article on the accounting integration to check the methods used.
