Configuration > Billing > Accounts Codes
Note: If you are using the QuickBooks Online Integration, the accounts code module will not be available. This is because you will not need to create accounts codes in Halo as these will be pulled directly from QuickBooks Online.
| Field | Type | Description |
| Name | Free Text | The name of the Accounts Code, returned throughout the UI |
| Code | Float | The specific Accounts Code, used primarily for billing integrations. |
| Xero Tenant | Single Select | This single select option is for deciding which Xero Tenant this accounts code can be used for. This is of course only an applicable option for those using the Xero Integration. |
| Deferred Revenue Accounts Code | Checkbox | When checked, this code will be used to mark a payment as deferred. The concept of Deferred Payments is explained in the Billing General Settings Configuration settings guide. |
