Supplier XLS template fields

Column Header	Halo Field name	Location in Halo
Name	Supplier Name	Mandatory field. Set in the Details tab of a Supplier. This is the Company name of the Supplier.
AccountsID	Accounts ID	Settings tab of a Supplier. This is the ID used for to identify this Supplier in Accounting Integrations.
Phone1	Phone Number	Details tab of a Supplier. This is the phone number of the Supplier.
Phone2	Phone Number 2	Details tab of a Supplier. This is the second phone number of the Supplier.
Phone3	Phone Number 3	Details tab of a Supplier. This is the phone number of the Supplier.
Notes	Notes	Details tab of a Supplier. These are notes about the Supplier.
EmailAddress	Billing Email Address	Details tab of a Supplier. This is the email address used to contact the Supplier.
EmailDomain	Domain Name(s)	Settings tab of a Supplier. The Domain of emails from this Supplier. This is used for Domain matching to assign Tickets to the correct Supplier even when no User is matched.
Address	Address	Details tab of a Supplier. This is the address of the Supplier.
Website	Web site	Details tab of a Supplier. This is the Supplier's website.
ContactName	Contact Name	Details tab of a Supplier. The name of the main contract at this Supplier.
ContactPosition	Contact Title	Details tab of a Supplier. The position of the main contact at this Supplier.
Mobile	Mobile Number	Details tab of a Supplier. This is the mobile phone number of a contact at this Supplier.
