| CustomerName | Site | Mandatory field. Details tab of an Asset. In the import spreadsheet this should be the name of the Client. In Halo this will show as Client/Site, and is set in the "Site" field. |
| SiteName | Site | Mandatory field. Details tab of an Asset. In the import spreadsheet this should be the name of the Site the Asset is located at. In Halo this will show as Client/Site. |
| DeviceType | Asset Type | Mandatory field. Details tab of an Asset. Sets the Asset Type of the Asset. |
| AssetTag | Asset Number | Details tab of an Asset. Sets the Asset Number of the Asset. |
| User | Users | Relationships tab of an Asset. Determines who the Asset is assigned to. Users are added by clicking the "Add User" option, the searching for Users. |
| Notes | Notes | Details tab of an Asset. These are Notes about the Asset. |
| SLA | Service Level Agreement | Details tab of an Asset. The default SLA for this Asset. If set, this will override the Ticket SLA. |
| Priority | Priority | Details tab of an Asset. The default priority for this Asset. If set, this will override the Ticket priority. |
| Supplier | Supplier | Supplier & Maintenance tab of an Asset. The Supplier of the Asset. |
| WarrantyStartDate | Parts Warranty Start | Supplier & Maintenance tab of an Asset. The start date of the Asset's warranty. |

| ParentTag | Upstream Relationships | Relationships tab of an Asset. Sets a "connected to" upstream relationship with the Asset specified. This will need to be set to the connected Asset's Asset tag. |
