| ClientName | Default Site | Mandatory field. Details tab of a User, determines the Client this User is a member of. In the import spreadsheet this should be the name of the Client. In Halo this will show in the Default Site field as Client/Site. |
| SiteName | Default Site | Mandatory field. Details tab of a User, determines the Site this User is a member of. In the import spreadsheet this should be the name of the Site. In Halo this will show in the Default Site field as Client/Site. |
| UserName | Username | Mandatory field. Details tab of a User. This is the User's Username, which is often set as their display name. |
| FirstName | First Name | Details tab of a User. The User's first name, often used in variables to address the User. |
| LastName | Surname | Details tab of a User. The User's last name/Surname. |
| NetworkLogin | Network Login | Details tab of a User. Generated by integrations. |
| PhoneNumber | Work Telephone Number/Extension | Details tab of a User. The User's work phone number. |
| MobileNumber | Home Mobile Number | Details tab of a User. The User's mobile phone number. |
| EmailAddress | Email Address | Details tab of a User. The User's email address. This is used to match incoming emails to the User, and to set the "To" Address for outbound emails. |
