Automatic HTML additions can be added to reports to apply hyperlinks within certain columns.
Example of Automatic Additions
Halo supports the addition of hyperlinks on rows without the need for writing custom HTML for the report. The links are added based off the column name and will be applicable for Tickets and Assets, such as the below example.

This will allow the individual (Agent or End User) to click onto the Ticket ID and be directed to the relevant page for their application. As mentioned above, you can use this for Assets as well.
