Terminology Key:

Import =  Entities can be manually pulled in from the tool into Halo. Some integrations may support performing automatic imports on a scheduled basis.

User matching to Assets = The process of an asset in Halo being assigned to user in Halo based on data from the integrated tool, such as the person who last logged into the device. This allows for the automatic assignment of assets based on information from the integrated tool.

Multi-tenanted = A multi-tenanted integration supports multiple instances (tenants) of the tool being connected to a single Halo instance.

Asset alert matching = The ticket logged in Halo from the alert can be matched (and assigned) to the asset that the alert originates from. This will need to be configured against the alert sent from the RMM tool using variables.

Customer/User alert matching = The ticket logged in Halo from the alert can be matched (and assigned) to the user or customer that is assigned the asset that the alert originates from. This will need to be configured against the alert sent from the RMM tool using variables.
